Dimitar Stoychev graduated from the Technical University of Sofia in 1995 with a master’s degree in Informatics and Measurement Technology. From 1996 to 2004, he worked in the printing and television industries, gaining significant experience in media production. In 2005, Dimitar joined the computer laboratory at the National Academy for Theatre and Film Arts (NATFA) in Sofia as an engineer. There, he was responsible for software installation and updates, as well as training students to work with Adobe Creative Cloud products. Since 2006, he has been serving as the technical supervisor for the CILECT PRIZE Award, managing the technical aspects of the event and ensuring its smooth operation. Currently, he is a PhD student at NATFA, focusing on digital transformation in the film industry. He continues to research and develop his knowledge and skills in media technologies and innovations.
