Filipa Lourenço is a Science Manager at Interdisciplinary Research Centre for Education and Development – CeiED at Lusófona University in Lisbon. Before this, she has been working in several scientific projects as a fellow. Filipa has initiated her studies at Nacional Conservatory of Music in Lisbon, followed by an academic record in the area of Education Sciences with special interest in fields of interculturality, active citizenship, subaltern knowledges and epistemologies. Her research and publications have focused on these special interests under a critical thinking perspective for inclusion and human development. These concerns lead her, nowadays, to training through arts studies where she is taking a careful approach on her PhD thesis in Intercultural Relations Program, at Universidade Aberta, in Lisbon.
