Katarína Moláková graduated from Screenwriting and Dramaturgy at the Film and Television Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts, Bratislava, Slovakia.
As a scriptwriter or dramaturg, she has collaborated on numerous internationally acclaimed animated films, as well as documentary and feature films and television series.
From 2007, she teaches at Film and Television Faculty. She specializes in subjects aimed at the film dramaturgy and analysis, screenwriting in animation and TV series.
From 2015 to 2022 she served as a Vice dean for study and academic affairs at FTF. She has led the accreditation processes as well as all the processes connected to education at the faculty.
She serves as an associate professor in the Film Screenwriting Department at FTF and continues to work as the screenwriter and dramaturg for independent film productions and television.
