Lennert Deprettere worked for years as a professional photographer for companies, editors and agencies, specializing in lifestyle, culinary and interior photography.
From 2009 on, he started combining professional photography with teaching at Luca School of Arts campus Narafi in Brussels. A few years later, he became head of the photography department.
Since 2017, he works on a personal and artistic oeuvre, researching mechanical image manipulation and digital/electronic/mechanical constructions as a photographic medium.
