Per Kristensen is a project manager and coordinator at The Animation Workshop, VIA University College, where he organizes semester courses, short courses, and workshops for the European animation and VFX industry since 15 years. In addition to his role, he serves as the union representative for the administrative academics in the Storytelling, Design, and Business cluster.

Per holds a Master of Arts in English and Film & Television from Aarhus University, obtained in 2010. He is known for his facilitative nature, friendly demeanor, and great organizational skills. His passion for animation and film drives him to help artists and students develop their skills and expand their knowledge through high-quality training activities. Per collaborates closely with colleagues, teachers, and external partners to achieve these goals.
