Vitalij is a member of the FilmEU project management office at Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre.
He holds a BA and MA in Philology and Translation/Interpretation Studies and has over thirteen years of experience in higher education. His career includes extensive involvement in the Erasmus National Agency in Lithuania, where he managed student and staff exchange programmes. He later contributed to the ATHENA European University Alliance at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, supporting both communication and management initiatives.
