Vitalija Marmienė is the Head of Human Resources and Legal Affairs Department of Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre. Before that, she worked as the Head of Internal Audit Department at LMTA. Vitalija's main responsibilities include human resources management, labor relations administration, and ensuring the legality of the Academy's operations.
